1) Provider
FrictionAudit is provided by PLAYVENT (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, Pakistan (“Playvent”, “we”, “us”). Support contact: frictionaudit@gmail.com.
2) What the service is
FrictionAudit is a self-report audit tool. It produces checklists and scores based on user-provided inputs. The outputs are general guidance and may not be accurate for every situation.
3) No guarantees
We do not guarantee conversions, revenue, business growth, or specific outcomes. Results depend on many factors including product, market, execution, and customer behavior.
4) Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
- Do not submit unlawful content or content that violates third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse any part of the site.
5) Payments & subscriptions
If you subscribe, your billing may be processed by a payment provider/merchant of record (e.g., Paddle), depending on your checkout setup. Subscription terms (price, renewal, taxes) may be shown at checkout.
6) Intellectual property
The website, branding, and content are owned by Playvent or licensed to us. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except as allowed by law.
7) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Playvent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from use of the service.
8) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
