1) Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date shown at checkout.


2) Refund eligibility

  • If you were charged in error (duplicate charge), contact us and we will review promptly.
  • If the service is materially unavailable for an extended period, we may offer a pro-rated refund where appropriate.
  • For other cases, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

3) How to request a refund

Email frictionaudit@gmail.com with:

  • Your billing email
  • Date of charge
  • Reason for request (brief)

4) Payment processor

If a merchant of record/payment provider (e.g., Paddle) processed the payment, refunds may be issued through that provider according to their processes.
