This page explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions. We aim to be reasonable and transparent.

1) Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date shown at checkout.
2) Refund eligibility
- If you were charged in error (duplicate charge), contact us and we will review promptly.
- If the service is materially unavailable for an extended period, we may offer a pro-rated refund where appropriate.
- For other cases, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.
3) How to request a refund
Email frictionaudit@gmail.com with:
- Your billing email
- Date of charge
- Reason for request (brief)
4) Payment processor
If a merchant of record/payment provider (e.g., Paddle) processed the payment, refunds may be issued through that provider according to their processes.
